Facial Cosmetic Surgery

Answer to last riddle by tissue rejection: The other two men could have heard or seen the murder except that Joe was listening to music and is blind, while Jim was reading a book and is deaf.

Haha, I know it's a tricky one! It kinda pulled information out of the blue. And it makes you feel cheated, but riddles can be tricky like that!

The next one is about surgery, which reminds me, how friggn many types of surgery are there? Laser eye surgery, cosmetic surgery, laser hair removal surgery, facelift surgery, lipo surgery (liposuction), facial cosmetic surgery, bariatric surgery... Lately there was an article in the Metro (a free daily newspaper publication here in Vancouver) called Plastic surgery: It's a guy thing. Basically it talks about how tons of men are getting tummy tucks and face lifts and eyebrow transplants and stuff like that. Some study done by the American Society of Plastic Surgeons showed that rates of cosmetic surgery are rising in men. I don't even know what to think of that!

A man and his son are in a car accident. The father dies on the scene, but the child is rushed to the hospital. When he arrives the surgeon says, "I can't operate on this boy, he is my son!" How can this be?

  1. I would never get cosmetic surgery, unless, you know, some major disfiguring accident happened.

Also, I am agreeing with Jay, the surgeon is his mom. That or gay marriage or invitro-fertilization.

  2. Whenever the father dies, he goes to hell and the devil punishes him by putting him in the body of the surgeon who is now unable to save the boy. Or it's his mom, but I think both are valid.

  6. ether the surgeon was his mom, or the "father" that died was in the other car (so the father and son in the accident weren't related, and/or in different cars.)

  10. The surgeon is his mother, it dupes many people because when you think of surgeons, you usually think of a man, but there are female surgeons.

  19. yep, surgeon is the child mom, i did have a theory with 3 generations but it all assumes only men are surgeons, hum, bit sexist! I am actually a male who has approached a cosmetic surgery birmingham team and am thinking about changing my nose, it's not awful just a bit of a bump and quite large. i've not met the right girl yet and i guess i feel like, it might help me if i do, plus would help me feel more confident on a professional level. they call me beaky at work and think i dont know. i guess it is more acceptable now to be vain. i work out, keep myself looking pretty good and i think my nose lets me down so changing it might be my only option.

  20. According to the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the most requested surgery last year was breast enlargement followed by liposuction, cosmetic eyelid surgery, rhinoplasty (nose reshaping) and tummy tucks (removal of excess fat and skin).
